Booking
Sessions are booked on a first come, first served basis.
Weekend availability is limited. Weeknights offer the most flexibility.
Clients book (via email) once they are ready in the new year.
Usage Window
Sessions are intended to be used before June 30.
Wedding season begins July 1 and sessions are unavailable during peak wedding months (July to October).
In rare cases where a session cannot be used before June 2026, it may be redeemed in November or December 2026.
There is no hard expiry date, however giftees are strongly encouraged to use their session before June of this next year.

Gallery delivery is one month from the session date.
These sessions are valued significantly higher outside of this annual release.

Reschedules require 48 hours notice and a $250 rescheduling fee.
Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the session fee.
